Shipping & Order
If your product has been shipped with a Track & Trace code, you will have received it in your mail after your order has been handed over by us to the courier.
Did you not receive this mail? First look in your spam mail. You didn't find anything here either? Then send an email to info@mmbrands.nl. We 'd love to watch with you!
Unfortunately, we are dependent on courier services, and sometimes, due to their workload, they cannot always guarantee the 100% delivery promise. We always make sure that your order leaves our warehouse as quickly as possible, on its way to our courier's sorting center.
We understand this can be frustrating, but we do our utmost to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. If your package 5 working days after your order If your order has not yet been delivered, please feel free to contact the courier's customer service or us. This way we can provide more clarity about the status of your order.
Have you received a broken, wrong or incomplete article? Do not hesitate and send an email to info@mmbrands.nl. Add a photo of the broken, wrong or incomplete product and briefly light what exactly is going on. We will do everything we can to find an appropriate solution together!
The order number you need to return the order can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.

Returns
Return is easy! Here's what you need to do:
1. Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to info@mmbrands.nl indicating that you wish to return one or more products.
2. Our team will provide you with return instructions immediately.
3. Follow the instructions provided to complete the return process.
The product must be registered for return within 30 days of receiving the order. After this, you have 14 more days to return the product.
It is important that the following return conditions are complied with when you return a product. This gives you your money back and we can make someone else happy with the product.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging.
- The entire packaging content must be returned.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and must not be damaged or visibly used.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item to us and purchase the one you would like to have. Once we receive and process the unwanted item in good order, you will receive a refund for this.
After the returned product has arrived, we will start to process the return. We aim to process returned products within 7 days. Once your return has been properly processed, you will receive a confirmation email and the full purchase amount will be returned to your account within a few days.
