Shipping Policy

Where's my order?

  • In the email with the order confirmation you will find a Track&Trace number. With the Track&Trace link in the email you can follow the status of your order.
  • For shipping within the Netherlands, if payment for your order is successful on working days before 23:59, you will receive the package the next day. For Belgium, this is 1-2 working days.
  • If your package does not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us in time. We can only start an investigation with the post office within 2 weeks after the original delivery date.

When will I receive my order when I order on Saturday or Sunday?

Orders that you place and pay for on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

What else do I need to know about shipping my order?

  • We will send you a confirmation email once your payment has been received. You will receive another confirmation once your order has been shipped to the address you provided.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times; these are indicative and for information only.

How will my order be shipped?

With great care and attention, because we want your products to arrive in top condition! To Dutch addresses we send our packages with DHL or PostNL.
